It seems the tracking for tasks and progress is spread over these locations:

I can cope with this but I'm wondering if it might cause any confusion in the future, because keeping them in sync might get painful.

Another related issue: It seems we can't pin stuff within Zulip. This might affect on-boarding new members in the future.

I'm guess the repo README would help with on-boarding.

Yes, Zulip should rarely be the entrypoint to just about anything.

though generally zulip is better entry and then github is synced because it gives a better opportunity for communication
