@WG-prioritization/alerts issue #75263 has been requested for prioritization.

DPC (Sep 16 2020 at 23:58, on Zulip):

(this is more of a privacy aspect as some people are not comfortable with file paths showing up in production binaries in "enterprise" code)

Camelid (Sep 17 2020 at 00:54, on Zulip):

Do we know if this is a regression?

Joshua Nelson (Sep 17 2020 at 01:02, on Zulip):

not that I'm aware of

Joshua Nelson (Sep 17 2020 at 01:12, on Zulip):

the filepaths are from panic strings

Joshua Nelson (Sep 17 2020 at 01:12, on Zulip):

like panic!("x") will says 'panicked at'

Camelid (Sep 17 2020 at 01:44, on Zulip):

I'm new to this, but maybe P-low or P-medium? It seems like it's important to some people, and is probably good to fix aside from privacy because of builds being different depending on where the folder is in your filesystem, but it's not a soundness bug or anything and it's probably been around for a while.

apiraino (Sep 17 2020 at 07:27, on Zulip):

 I agree with a P-medium (also by looking at the history of issues linked to this one)

triagebot (Sep 17 2020 at 10:08, on Zulip):

Issue #75263's prioritization request has been removed.
