triagebot (Jan 12 2021 at 17:23, on Zulip):

@WG-prioritization/alerts issue #80950 has been requested for prioritization.

Procedure

Camelid (Jan 12 2021 at 23:35, on Zulip):

From the issue:

This is likely to be closed with wont-fix, but I wanted to ensure it was noted somewhere.

We should probably de-I-prioritize.

rylev (Jan 13 2021 at 14:23, on Zulip):

Yea I'm not really sure what's supposed to happen with this. It simply seemed like a good idea to make note of it

apiraino (Jan 13 2021 at 14:35, on Zulip):

I've labeled T-compiler so it does not slip through our filters

apiraino (Jan 13 2021 at 14:37, on Zulip):

Unless we want to bring to anyone's attention we can probably close it? Although I'd see some value in notifying the crates' maintaners about that (if it provides actionable inputs for them)

rylev (Jan 13 2021 at 14:38, on Zulip):

At least one of them is a Advent of Code repo so I'm not so sure how much utility it will bring to notify

apiraino (Jan 13 2021 at 14:38, on Zulip):

@rylev which crates are failing? I've tried parsing the crate run logs but I could not immediately find the regressions due to Ord::clamp and bool::then

rylev (Jan 13 2021 at 14:39, on Zulip):

https://crates.io/crates/ticklock/0.0.8 is actually the only crate on crates.io. The rest were GitHub repos

apiraino (Jan 13 2021 at 14:40, on Zulip):

oh thank you !

triagebot (Jan 14 2021 at 11:53, on Zulip):

Issue #80950's prioritization request has been removed.
