@WG-prioritization/alerts issue #75992 has been requested for prioritization.

Procedure

LeSeulArtichaut (Aug 28 2020 at 22:12, on Zulip):

Pinged cleanup

LeSeulArtichaut (Aug 28 2020 at 22:19, on Zulip):

The fact that it hit multiple people makes me think that it should maybe be P-high?

apiraino (Aug 31 2020 at 16:56, on Zulip):

P-high seems appropriate also for me (although I'm missing some context). Not sure if all related, but there are some reports around stable 1.46 being "slower on incremental builds" (f.e. I saw one complain in the Warp Discord channel).

Joshua Nelson (Aug 31 2020 at 16:57, on Zulip):

yeah I've seen a lot of reports of this on discord and other places

triagebot (Aug 31 2020 at 19:55, on Zulip):

Issue #75992's prioritization request has been removed.

DPC (Aug 31 2020 at 19:56, on Zulip):

marked as p-high

Camelid (Oct 20 2020 at 19:06, on Zulip):

I'm thinking maybe we should re-prioritize this as P-critical. It seems like people are not able to compile their projects at all because of the severity of the hang and are forced to stay on 1.45.

Camelid (Oct 20 2020 at 19:07, on Zulip):

Plus the cause is really weird and it would be nice to get some more eyeballs on it

Wesley Wiser (Oct 20 2020 at 19:09, on Zulip):

Yeah, I've heard far more about this issue from people reporting it than I have for many other P-critical issues in the past.

Wesley Wiser (Oct 20 2020 at 19:09, on Zulip):

So :+1: for re-prioritizing as critical.

LeSeulArtichaut (Oct 20 2020 at 19:10, on Zulip):

+1 for me too

Camelid (Oct 20 2020 at 19:10, on Zulip):

Okay, reprioritizing

Camelid (Oct 20 2020 at 19:11, on Zulip):

Done
