mmm ... what's the error here? The issue seems that crosscompiling to mingw32 breaks when using SLJL instead of DWARF-2? I'm not sure about this issue, but I can see that their builds are breaking since 1.44.0.
For this reason I'd call a P-high on this but also nominate for a discussion to have more insights and context, what do you think @Santiago Pastorino ?

@WG-prioritization this issue has just received a comment from a user mentioning it as a blocker to build their product on Rust > 1.43
I think I'll nominate it and tomorrow try to gather some thoughts on it
