i think this is a bug and we should accept this code
but wg-prioritization does not need to - or even should imo - prioritize bugs issues which can not affect users which don't use any unstable features afaik

most likely will be fixed as a side effect of something else being implemented

Basically if it needs a nightly compiler (nightly feature, -Z
flags, etc...), we can't consider it a regression-from-stable-to-*
because it hasn't reached stable yet.
