We still prioritize nightly issues if we think they're important enough. Since this causes unsoundness without much code, it seems like P-high (because it's on nightly).

This issue should be fixed by #81154, so ok for a P-high, if we want to assign a priority.

curiously enough I've tried running on godbolt the provided snippet and on nightly it builds. Did I do anything wrong? :thinking:
