Private chat group (I hear that a lot of people in non-north american countries do this)

nikomatsakis (Nov 19 2019 at 19:52, on Zulip):

Ooh, yeah, I'm even on a few of those

Sunjay Varma (Nov 19 2019 at 19:52, on Zulip):

We might want info on which chat platforms people are using for that (i.e. signal, telegram, what's app)

nikomatsakis (Nov 19 2019 at 19:52, on Zulip):

mostly in languages I don't speak, of course

nikomatsakis (Nov 19 2019 at 19:53, on Zulip):

Sunjay Varma (Nov 19 2019 at 19:54, on Zulip):

Kyle Strand (Nov 19 2019 at 19:54, on Zulip):

HackerNews has Rust items pretty often, too

Josh Triplett (Nov 20 2019 at 14:14, on Zulip):

"other tech news source"?

Josh Triplett (Nov 20 2019 at 14:15, on Zulip):

Also, you might say "@rustlang on Twitter" and then "developers on Twitter".

Josh Triplett (Nov 20 2019 at 14:16, on Zulip):

Also: "The official Rust blog and release notes"

Jasun Carr (Nov 20 2019 at 16:59, on Zulip):

Also, you might say "@rustlang on Twitter" and then "developers on Twitter".

Worried about getting overly specific on this one - if we're interested in a deeper dive into what resources people use, that might be a smaller, more focused survey down the road?

other tech news source?

Hopefully this will be captured by the "Other" check box - where they can fill in a freeform answer
