Stream: t-libs/wg-allocators

Topic: Repository title

Tim Diekmann (May 04 2019 at 11:17, on Zulip):

@Alex Crichton Currently our repo description is empty. Do you want to add a short description like Home of the "allocators working group"? (As collaborator it's not possible)

Erich Gubler (May 04 2019 at 13:04, on Zulip):

I'm an admin on the repo -- I'll change it now.

Tim Diekmann (May 04 2019 at 13:17, on Zulip):

@Erich Gubler The link currently links to the hello topic. You may change it to point to the stream?

Erich Gubler (May 04 2019 at 13:18, on Zulip):

I did that on purpose -- I figured it wasn't a bad place to land, since it seemed most suitable for introductions. You think the stream is a better place to link to?

Tim Diekmann (May 04 2019 at 13:19, on Zulip):

I thinks this is a matter of taste :)

Simon Sapin (May 04 2019 at 13:49, on Zulip):

Either way, link minifiers are unnecessary obfuscation IMO

Erich Gubler (May 05 2019 at 14:49, on Zulip):

Okay. I thought the original link was rather long, but if you prefer I can use the original!

Tim Diekmann (May 05 2019 at 14:56, on Zulip):

Why keep the link in the description anyway? If someone wants to get involved, he will read the readme, where a link to this stream is present.

Erich Gubler (May 06 2019 at 22:44, on Zulip):

No strong reason that I see. I'll remove it.
