Are those two known to be bugs?
I mean that char is colorized, though it is used as a variable identifier in this context and the second one is that a reference to character literal is displayed like a placeholder reference:

First thing to check would be to figure out if the wrong colorization comes from our highlighitng, or from textmate scopes
