Topic: autoupdate with vscode remote

I often used VSCode's remote features (which let you edit code on remote machines). rust-analyzer of course works flawlessly in this mode. however, I did notice last night that the rust-analyzer binary wasn't getting updated. It was about 1 month out-of-date. Unfortunately I didn't debug this, I just deleted the rust-analyzer binary (which forced a fresh download). Just FYI in case anyone else reports a case of a stale rust-analyzer binary

I think there was an auto-update bug that got fixed, but you need to reinstall the extension

Not sure if there's anything special about updating in Code remote
