Hello! So we're working our way towards the Rust 2019 Roadmap. I've been incorporating the 2019 plans for each of the active domain working groups, and I realized that I don't have anything for this group. @Tony Arcieri or others, I remember seeing some posts in this direction -- do you think one of you could craft a kind of "paragraph synopsis" of the plans for 2019?
To get an idea what I mean, take a look at the Domain Working Groups section of the draft.
Also, I realize that the Secure Code working group is not on the web page
We should correct that
Is there some kind of "home" for the group?
@nikomatsakis main home is here https://github.com/rust-secure-code/wg
I can work on a synopsis... perhaps @Shnatsel and @Joshua Liebow-Feeser would be interested too
Thanks for reaching out to us! We have a 2019 goals post, I will come up with a single-paragraph blurb today if no-one beats me to it.
The 2019 roadmap for Secure Code working group focuses on four areas of improvement:
How does that sound? Also, sorry it took so long.
@Tony Arcieri just read this: https://github.com/rust-secure-code/wg/issues/27 - did you already start anything? I'd like to help if you need any
@Gerardo Di Giacomo I have not! go nuts
Roadmap RFC is merged and we are in it!
Nice to hear! (Y)
