When you fetch upstream
can you still do build -i --stage 1 --keep-stage 1

or you are required to do a full build ?

When I make changes, to the code, and say have to run a .rs file in the test, should I do
rustc +stage2 path_to_rs_file
rustc +stage1 path_to_rs_file ?
