I would like to add some labels to better triage
A-diagnostics tickets. Some examples would be
D-misleading, `D-verbose, etc.
Who should I consult before creating any and does it seem like a good/bad idea?
(also posted to #t-compiler/wg-meta)
Looks like a good idea, issues about diagnostics are a sizable portion of all issues (1/6 according to labels, but I suspect more), so it would be good to prioritize them somehow (and close the low priority ones as wontfix once in a while).
@Esteban Küber just do it I'd say
I am a big fan of more labels and you should feel free to freely add labels without checking in first
@Esteban Küber further more, if you want to, edit triagebot.toml to let anyone add them

I think on one hand this is nice but on the other hand right now everything looks tidy and very well organized, maybe we can allow through triagebot certain specific labels, like prefixed with U- (for user defined) or C- (for custom)
Hm? Yes, I was saying "add these specific labels to that list"
not add a category or w/e
@Esteban Küber I have tried to have a convention of using the "full name" of the working group for labels like these. Did you already create them? Might I suggest
Diagnostics-Foo instead? (Did I say that already, I forget?)
the labels have already been created, but can be renamed
we could also make a prefix for "wg" labels -- e.g., instead of
(although I'd like to stop calling things working groups but that's neither here nor there)
@nikomatsakis I already created them as
D-*, but we can rename them
