we have 14 unprioritized nominated T-compiler issues.

spent a little while trying to identify other bugs that may be related to this (and then got distracted)
our policy tends to be to tag ICE's as P-high by default
... but, we currently have 310 open issues tagged with I-ICE
11 of those are marked P-high
276 of them have no priority label at all
